Orthopedic Services
Our Orthopedic program ensures patients with recent surgery, fractures or muscular injuries, receive ongoing evaluation management in collaboration with the in-house medical team, PT and the patients' orthopedic surgeon, such as:
• Complication surveillance after orthopedic surgeries, fractures or injuries with use of in-house x-ray.
• Collaboration with the physical therapy team to address rehab care based on recovery such as weight bearing status, splinting or bracing changes.
• Address any new orthopedic issues or injuries in subacute or long-term care patients such as falls.
Cardiology Services
Our cardiology rounding program ensures patients with cardiovascular conditions receive proactive management and intervention. We collaborate with your in-house medical team and the patient’s cardiologist, ensuring patients receive:
• Heart failure management, including medication adjustments
• Hypertension and arrhythmia monitoring
• Education for patients and caregivers about heart health
• Coordination with cardiologists for more advanced care when necessary
